This website and the VanLife app are owned by NO LIMITS TECHNOLOGY LLC (Wyoming, USA; hereinafter, “the Company”). You can contact us at info@vanlifetribu.com.

The registered office and the tax identification number will be published here as soon as the company's formalisation is completed.

2. Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of the website, whose purpose is to provide information about the VanLife app and to make it easy to download it and to contact the Company.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to make lawful use of the site, refraining from any conduct that may harm the image, interests or rights of the Company or of third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the site (texts, trademarks, logos, design and code) is the property of the Company or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The maps and third-party data are used under their respective licences.

5. Liability

The Company works to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be continuously available. The information on the legal status of overnight spots is indicative and each page states its source (the municipal bylaw or edict, the business's own website or, if there is no rule, that there is none); even so, users are responsible for checking the rules in force at each location.

This notice is governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
