Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using VanLife you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

VanLife helps you find overnight spots, petrol stations, weather, assistance and plans for your trip in a camper van or motorhome. The information on the legal status of the spots states its source on each page, but it is indicative: complying with the rules of each place is the user's responsibility.

3. Account and responsible use

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the content you contribute.
• You may not publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, hateful or sexual content, or third-party content you do not have the rights to. Nor may you harass other people, impersonate anyone, use bots or scrapers, try to break the app or mark a forbidden spot as legal.
• Community photos are reviewed before they are published. Your public profile is visible as soon as you create it and we moderate it based on reports: if you are reported, it is withdrawn while we review it. From the app you can report a photo or a profile and block whoever posted it, and we remove anything that breaches these terms.

4. Third-party content

Sponsored spaces are clearly identified as such; the information is provided by each business. The maps and certain data come from third parties under their licences.

5. Free use and changes

Basic use of VanLife is free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, with prior notice. We may update these terms; we will publish the date of the latest version.

6. Liability

VanLife is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the app; always check the actual conditions on the ground.

7. Contact

VanLife is an app by NO LIMITS TECHNOLOGY LLC (Wyoming, USA). For any question about these terms, or to let us know about a piece of content, write to us at info@vanlifetribu.com.
